Trip Report

The new community garden center project in Cottage Grove continues to progress toward the spring 2025 opening. Today five Obsidians joined 4 others to work HARD. We shoveled and we raked to spread wonderful compost soil in preparation for the 60 garden beds. What a pleasant group, working on a monumental task and making good progress. With ideal working weather, we enjoyed sun, sprinkles and a beautiful rainbow. This is a fine project that will feed many, many people the produce grown.
