Trip Report

Arriving in Portland at 10:00 a.m., we enjoyed about two hours at the Oregon History Center, where the Ivan Collins display of Miniature Wagons are being shown until the end of the year. We lunched in Washington Park near the Rose Gardens. Then a visit to the famous landmark, the Pittock Mansion, for a rewarding tour. Unanticipated construction projects at both Washington Park and the Pittock Mansion were overcome by our expert driver, Winston Kyser of Experience Oregon. The rain held off until we boarded the bus for home.
