Trip Report

The 3 of us enjoyed a snowshoe with no snow!!!....Our hike was nice none the less.....Beautiful day and good solitude....Remember there are cliffs in the area.....Don't trust the guard rails.....A good way to note when turning off for Salt Creek recreation area, is to turn one mile after the tunnel on Highway 58....The Salt Creek area is 500' feet lower then Willamette Pass Ski Area......It can make a difference in the amount of snow.....Thx
