Description:

Drivers need chains, bring lunch, water sitting pad...B in shape!!!!.....In recent times I never knew when the state would plow down to the falls or not...So if it's plowed the hike will B about 3.5 mi, 5 mi if we need to park by "kiddie park"....Bergs is the best plc to rent sshoes....Happy trails

Trip Report

There was 3' of packed snow....The road to the "kiddie sled area" is plowed, but not to the falls view area....The creek just past the largest foot bridge is tricky to cross....We threw our sshoes over to the other side & then crossed on the 12" diameter log using our poles....There are cliffs where the railings have fallen over...Use a lot caution ....
