Update as of Nov 1:We will use a car shuttle to facilitate the Ridgeline Trail hike from Blanton to Spring trailhead. A great way to hike the entire Ridgeline trail. A moderate pace with up and downs. If there are hikers who want to do an out and back doubling the distance, we can facilitate that especially since it will help with the shuttle. I decided to meet at Martin St. giving us more options depending on weather, # of participants, and an easy way to get back to our cars from Spring that would add another mile. Trip Report

What a fun trip to hike from Blanton to Spring Trailhead and then swing around the north side Mt. Baldy to Old Dillard Road. The fall colors were spectacular especially for those who had never hiked sections of the trail. We stopped at my house for chocolate zucchini bread before we continued on to Martin Street and our cars. Paul and Jane decided to hike back to Blanton. Thanks to drivers, Jane, Lynn, and Whitney who helped with the shuttle from Martin to Blanton. We started hiking around 9:00 and were back at Martin Street around noon.
