Please join thousands of volunteers on Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 10AM - 1PM for SOLVE Beach & Riverside Cleanup – part of International Coastal Cleanup.
We will participate in cleaning area around Berry Creek, 8 miles north of Florence.
Trash bags and gloves will be provided to you on the site.

Let's stop for lunch after the cleanup.

Trip Report

We had superb sunny mid-70°F September’s weather.
Berry Creek estuary and nearby beach are now cleaner than ever before, so we collected only 46 lbs. of debris.
Highlights of the day wore Kathie Carpenter’s close encounter with the elk, Vicky’s famous mocha mini muffins, and our group lunch in Florence’s Mexican restaurant.
