Description:

We'll be clearing drainage along the Ridgeline hiking in to the Tie Trail Junction then working our way back.

Meet at the Willamette & 52nd Trailhead parking lot, the gravel lot on Willamette Street, additional parking is along 52nd Street.

Trip Report

For this month's outing our group met up with the City's Joe Waksmundski at the Willamette and 52nd Trailhead before breaking into 2 groups. One group Clara and Lisa headed up to the Main Trailhead to clean the stairs. The second group Matt, Dan, Fletcher, Nathaniel, and Oliver hiked up to the Tie Trail junction with Joe and began to work our way back out clearing drainage ditches, checking culverts, and clearing outflows. We made it to the ditches at the top of the switchbacks before returning to the trailhead for well earned cookies and juice.
