**** NOTE: Air Quality forecast is for 'Moderate'. If air quality is in the 'Unhealthy' range as of 6:30 Wednesday morning, I will cancel the hike. Even if cancelled, there is likely a group that meets at the trailhead and hikes some on their own. Use your best judgement, as to what works best for you. (Unhealthy, meaning: AQI > 150, as measured by http://www.lrapa.org/).
This is our weekly aerobic hike starting at Martin Street Trailhead up to Spencer Butte. We start promptly so come a few minutes early to check in. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather. It is a steady pace varying from moderate to fast. Guests are welcome. Call the leader if you have questions.
To get to the trailhead: Take West Amazon to Martin Street. Turn left. Drive past Kinney Park and park on Martin Street at the Kiosk sign board across from Canyon Drive Street sign with hiker symbol. Please call the leader if any questions. One can take LTD Bus #28 to Martin Street.
