Description:

For this month’s project, we will clean the summit steps and clear drainages along the main trail. The trailhead steps and kiosk will also be a project option.

Meet at the main Willamette Street Trailhead parking lot, the paved on Willamette.

Trip Report

In preparation for the coming wet weather we did some "Fall Cleaning." We hiked to the summit of Spencer Butte and cleaned the rock steps on the way back down. Many hikers passed by and thanked us for our work. When we were done the steps looked good just not as good as the trailhead steps that Clara cleaned.
