Description:

This hike to Spencer Butte Summit will take from 2.5 to 3 hours, with less elevation gain and a mile shorter than the Wednesday conditioning hike starting at Martin St.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time.

Park on 52nd Avenue if lot is full. Caution: leave nothing valuable or visible in vehicle.

Trip Report

A full, no frills hike with falling snow. Went as far as the meadow on Spencer’s and turned around and headed back. By the time we reached our cars the sun was shining.
