Note the change in location:
The conditioning hike will start/end at the Fox Hollow Trailhead (across from the Raptor Center). Because of the heat (about 90 degrees) we will have a moderate pace to the top of Spencer Butte. At the top, we can watch the thunderstorms roll in. All participants must bring water. We start promptly so come a few minutes early to check in. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather. Guests are welcome. Please call the leader if any questions.
