Description:

Start early to avoid the heat and crowds. The Tie Trail is open on week-ends allowing us to see the progress on the trail resurfacing. If you need a longer hike, I suggest adding the Dillard loop after the hike.

The Fox Hollow trailhead parking area is across from the Raptor Center.

Trip Report

The Tie Trail is open. No closure signs— just a well surfaced trail that is great for hikers. Evelyn performed an acrobatic feat to grab a plastic bottle way down in a bush by the steps. The bottle has been there for at least three weeks! Thanks Evelyn.
