*** Read this carefully.*** Registering here notifies the leaders that you plan on cycling this event with Obsidian friends; that's all! To ride the Tour de Fronds, you must register and pay on https://tourdefronds.com. The ride is Saturday, JUNE 21. Registration opens on March 1 and it fills up quickly. The fees range from $65-85 depending which ride you do. The fee includes a continental breakfast, snacks at rest stops, and a T-shirt. The route is on low traffic roads. You chose the distance: 30, 45, 63, or 77 miles. There is also a 71 mile hybrid Asphalt/Gravel ride.
If you plan on camping at the Powers County Park, the starting place, you need to register and pay for that separately; there is a 2 night minimum. https://www.co.coos.or.us/parksrec/page/powers-county-park.
The leaders arbitrarily set the end date to register to March 10; we have no idea how quickly the rides will fill up! We have heard about this event for years and hope you join us!
