DESCRIPTION:Optional to add 2 miles.\nMeeting place: Turn at the sign for West Summit Trailhead and follow pay fee signs. I’ll try to have my car in the row below the fee box and gate so that it is easy for us to meet\, sign up. etc.\nThe goal will be to find five benches including a brand new one (Alan Coons) and the one on top that  have Obsidian connections. We will start with a few Arboretum trails\, then over to the main trail to the summit.  On the way down using Trail 4 to intersection with Trail 17 — those of us who want a longer hike can take Trail 3 over  tp the North Trailhead and return on  the River Trail  back to the cars.  Or the group can decide on a different return.
