SUMMARY:Hendricks Park Exploration
DESCRIPTION:This is an afternoon hike. We’ll travel through all 3 sections of the park. In the Native Plant garden there are 2 new “pollinator baths” (birds welcome)\, in the Rhododendren garden we’ll check out what’s in bloom and explore some of my favorite “nurse logs”\, and in the Forest we’ll pick up some mileage.  There will be ups and downs in the paths and likely some mud.  Easy pace!    \nA bit of ganderflanking involved. \nCarpool with a friend and park at the Forest lot\, Rhododendron lot or there are a few spots on the street. \n Meetup/Departure Location: Hendricks Park\, at Wilkens Shelter
