DESCRIPTION:UPDATED DESCRIPTION: Meet/ Check in  at the gate by the fee box and then start up.  I’ll be there fifteen minutes earlier in case you want  or  need more time to hike to the top.  Sunrise is at 7:15am.  We will take the main trail (1 1/2 miles) to the summit to view the sunrise. After sunrise there are several options:  Hike down with Lana directly to the parking lot. I  and perhaps another  hiker  will lead the longer route down trail 2 to intersect Trail 4 and start back up. If you decide to do something on your own\, let  Lana or me know.   \n I doubt if I would do this but if  the weather forecast is not favorable\, I will email everyone the day before and change the start time to 8:00am and with a new route description.
