WE JUST HAVE TO HAVE PEOPLE SPREAD OUT. THE CITY DOESN'T WANT GROUPS LARGER THAN 20, BUT THERE IS NO LIMIT ON INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE OUT TO DO THE HIKE AND JUST RUN INTO FOLKS THEY KNOW.
