Canceled Smith Rock Climbing Weekend

The weekend at Smith Rock State Park will be full of climbing opportunities.   Depending on the skill level of the participants we will provide top rope, lead or trad (placing gear as you go) climbing.  It's a good weekend to practice what you learned in the Obsidians Rock Gym to Outside climbing class offered earlier...

Cycling the GAP and C&O Canal Trail, Pittsburg to D.C. – with Lana Lindstrom and Sue Zeni (A Potluck & Presentation)

Activity: Potluck & Presentation

Leader: Ane McKee

Lana Lindstrom and Richard Hughes recently rode their bikes on the Great Allegheny Passage and the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal Trail, a 330-mile traffic-free route from Pittsburg, PA, to Washington, DC. Sue Zeni did a similar trip last year. They accomplished the route through two different experiences – one used a company to transport luggage and make the lodging and restaurant arrangements; the other was done as a self-supported camping trip.
