This is a non-technical climb up Diamond Peak. It is a climb intended for the graduates of the 2026 Climb School so that they can test their snow skills. Two groups will make this hike on the same day and this is the brisk hiking group. Char is leading the meandering, easy pace group. Tamolitch Pool is a special place to see, along with the scenic section of the McKenzie River trail. Be prepared for a few rough sections on the lava rock. Suggested driver donation is $12.70. Thank you to those willing to drive. |
